James Bushby has more than 20 years of leadership experience across the fintech, banking and payments sectors, helping financial institutions deliver innovative, value-driven solutions and navigate complex transformation programmes. Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing commercial teams, developed global strategic partnerships and supported the expansion of next-generation financial infrastructure.

Before joining Tuum, James held senior leadership roles at Paydock, Ozone API and Mastercard, where he worked closely with banks, payment providers and central banks to advance real-time payments, open banking and digital financial services. In 2026, he joined Tuum as Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for driving global sales, strategic partnerships and market expansion, helping financial institutions accelerate modernization through cloud-native core banking technology.
