Tuum welcomes Dorota Nosal-Butler as Head of Customer Enablement to scale up its customer success

With a strong track record in the core banking market, Nosal-Butler is highly experienced in scaling customer teams and delivering SaaS implementations.

London, June 28, 2023 – Tuum, the next-generation core banking provider, today announces the appointment of Dorota Nosal-Butler as Head of Customer Enablement. Nosal-Butler will play a central role in ensuring Tuum can deliver a fast-growing number of projects while sustaining industry-leading implementation times and customer success.

The appointment comes as Tuum readies for a period of intensive growth. Tuum, which started out in Estonia, has quickly expanded its customer base across the Nordics and more recently in the UK, adding banks such as LHV UK, which serves more than 200 fintech clients and over 5 million end customers. In 2023, Tuum again expects to more than double its ARR growth.

As Head of Customer Enablement, Nosal-Butler is responsible for delivering exceptional customer onboarding experience and ensuring customer satisfaction. This concerns empowering new customers to effectively use Tuum’s platform and maximise its value within a short timeframe (TTV – Time to Value), as well as ensuring their ongoing success with the software. Tuum’s proprietary smart migration tools will further help to leverage the implementation process and support customers to smoothly move onto Tuum’s platform.

Nosal-Butler brings highly relevant experience to this role. As one of Mambu’s first employees, she spent seven years during its hyper-growth stage leading customer success teams across the globe, helping expand its core product, and overseeing dozens of SaaS banking implementation projects. She joins Tuum and re-joins the fintech space after a brief break to focus on parenting.

Myles Bertrand, CEO of Tuum, commented on the appointment, “Tuum has a number of characteristics that set it apart from other core banking providers in the market. Our solution is both cloud-native and functionally rich. It’s highly customizable, but through configuration, rather than coding. Probably more than anything, our differentiation lies in our ability to migrate clients quickly and predictably off their legacy systems. With this in mind, I am very excited to welcome Dorota to the team, who is the perfect candidate to build on the customer success achieved so far and help us take our team and capabilities to the next level.”

Nosal-Butler added, “Tuum has an outstanding product, but to scale the business to the next level, product is just the beginning. I know first-hand that no two implementations are the same, and the needs of financial institutions change over time, which is why empowering our customers to best utilise the product themselves and creating collaborative partnerships is so vital. My goal as we navigate this exciting period of high growth is to create and scale a customer success team that drives adoption and makes our customers the advocates of our platform.”
