eXate is a solution that sits at the intersection of Data Privacy, Data Protection, Cross Border Data Controls and Fine Grained Access Controls, protecting Data at Rest, Data in Motion, and Data in Use.
Value proposition
eXate provides data privacy and security solutions by enabling secure, compliant, and efficient data sharing and masking across organizations. This is accomplished through two products:
- APIgator – Protects Data in Motion.
- Datagator – Protects Data at Rest.
Both products are supported by a central service, which allows sensitive data to be autodetected and protected in real time through a variety of Privacy Enhancing Techniques.
For financial institutions:
- Consistent security and data protection by jurisdiction
- Auto detect and protect sensitive data
- Audit of how data is being used, by whom, where, and why
- Enforcement of data protection regulation (such as client consent, sharing with 3rd parties, right to be forgotten, etc)
For end customers:
- Data policies, such as consent and right to be forgotten are stored and managed centrally on the eXate platform and applied consistently.
