Partner Implementation Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Implementation Manager to become an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the successful implementation of our core banking solution through our partner network. This role requires a deep understanding of both fintech products and partner ecosystems to ensure smooth and efficient integrations.

What you'll be doing

  • Partner Implementation Oversight: Coordinate, support and monitor the implementation process led by partners, ensuring alignment with Tuum’s methodology, timelines, budget, scope, and quality standards.
  • Issue Resolution: Address implementation challenges or roadblocks promptly, collaborating with internal teams and partners to find effective solutions. Timely escalate key issues that may jeopardize implementation success.
  • Training and Enablement: Manage partner certification programs to empower them for effective solution implementation and support. Document and refine best practices for implementing Tuum core, encompassing platform configuration and integrations the broader banking architecture.
  • Functional and Technical Consultation: Offer guidance and support to partners throughout each implementation phase, including options within Tuum platform modules (core banking, payments, cards, loans), API integrations, or data migration, etc.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze implementation metrics and KPIs to ensure partner performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Product Feedback: Gather and consolidate partner and end-customer feedback on product functionality, usability, and performance. Communicate insights to relevant internal teams for continuous improvement.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Work closely with our Partnership Team to cultivate strong relationships with key partners to understand their business needs, objectives, and constraints.

Our expectations

  • Proven experience in partner management and implementation roles within the fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS fintech products, integration methodologies and experience using APIs.
  • Good understanding of databases and data management (SQL).
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, as well as end customers.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
