We are looking for a professional Business Development Manager to join our Commercial team in Dubai. As a Business Development Manager, you will be generating high-quality leads and identifying prospect opportunity accounts within MEA region.
What you'll be doing
- Generate and qualify: Focus on generating the top of the funnel by creating compelling content and running targeted campaigns to attract potential clients. Identify and qualify the right leads by understanding their needs and pain points, and engaging them in meaningful conversations to determine their fit with Tuum's solutions.
- Teach and Tailor: Actively identify and qualify potential clients within the target market by teaching them about the challenges they face and how Tuum can help them overcome them. Tailor your approach to each client's specific needs and pain points.
- Reframe: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts by reframing their thinking about the challenges they face and the opportunities that Tuum can help them seize.
- Challenge the Status Quo: Challenge the client's assumptions about their current situation and the potential benefits of switching to Tuum.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to inform sales strategies by continuously learning and adapting to the changing needs of the market.
- Measure what matters: Monitor and analyze top of the funnel and conversion metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies by focusing on key metrics that drive business growth.
Our expectations
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in sales role in fintech or related industries (experience in core banking would be a huge bonus)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to network and build relationships effectively
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Driven by targets and motivated by success, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to effectively network and build relationships in industry-specific settings
