Our core banking platform is revolutionising the financial services industry. The platform is API-based consisting of flexible and independent modules covering all retail and business banking capabilities for quick and easy integration.

We are growing our Implementation team and are looking for strong Application Consultants with a background in banking products to help us manage large complex implementation projects with our banking and fintech clients.
What you'll be doing
- Work as part of the Implementation team to successfully implement Tuum's solution for our customers
- Gather and assess customer business requirements and mapping them against Tuum's platform functionality
- Manage customer onboarding to Tuum's platform by demonstrating features and providing trainings and workshops
- Setup and configure Tuum's platform based on the customers’ needs
- Perform validation and functional testing in customer environments
- Provide customer support and consultancy post go-live
- Manage client product demands by translating customer requirements to user stories and submitting change requests to product development teams
- Take part in the constant improvement of our customer journey
- Create and manage documentation and training materials
- Continuous learning to stay up-to-date with new releases, financial industry advancements and best practices
Our expectations
- Excellent understanding of the financial services industry with regards to product offerings (loans, current accounts, term deposits) and operations
- Basic knowledge of accounting and legal requirements
- Previous experience in working on platform or software implementation
- Experience of working in banking/fintech areas
- Good understanding of databases and data management (SQL) is a plus
- Experience working with APIs, use and test cases is a plus

- Experience in leading workshops, training webinars and requirements sessions
- Great communication skills and ability to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders (collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product)
